02. My experience with user interactions

Jan 19- Aug 21 Buyall Xpress LLC. – UX Analyst / Researcher

As a UX Analyst/ Researcher at Buyall Xpress LLC which provides IT support services for major fortune 500 companies like Comcast. For over 3 years, I have had the experience to listen, see and observe the red routes, pain points and the successes Customers had with how the app was design around or not around the user experience. Many popular entertainment apps especially during the onboarding process. Netfilx, HULU, Xfinity stream app, Peacock app, HBO MAX. Xfinity My account app. Trained in the User design/ research process by my Mentor who is one of the lead Researchers previously at Microsoft and now at Uber while studying at Springboard.com. I therefore, have first-hand knowledge of a vast amount of user interactions and experiences with the red routes of these apps, and the on boarding process and functionality.

03. My Design Approach

I am aware that the “products we create and collaborate on are more like short films than snippets. Users don't just appear in one frame and then disappear in the next they re-appear. Therefore instead, they move through your solution like actors in a scene. Your solution has to move right along with them." I am highly skilled at accomplishing these solutions from the problem stage where we first research and fully understand the problem to the final product, centered on the user interaction and experience, to form the final high fidelity product.
